These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the tk11 platform, accessible at tk11.today. By accessing or using any part of the tk11 platform — including browsing the site, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match the account holder's name, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

tk11 processes withdrawal requests to verified payment methods only. Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified method on file for your account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, new unverified payment methods, or accounts in a different name.

The average withdrawal processing time on tk11 is under 5 minutes for standard requests. Larger withdrawals or those flagged for manual review may take longer. You will be notified of the status of your withdrawal through your account dashboard in real time.

tk11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:
